Professional and courteous. I was searching the Web looking for a specific vehicle and found one similar on Dartmouth Dodge's website. I live a fair distance form Dartmouth so I I was searching the Web looking for a specific vehicle and found one similar on Dartmouth Dodge's website. I live a fair distance form Dartmouth so I couldn't see it in person. I spoke to Louis Stephen and explained how the vehicle was similar to what I wanted but I wasn't sure if I'd like some of the differences with it. He made a video of the vehicle and sent it to YouTube so I could see the vehicle in detail. I ended up liking it very much and drove down a few days later and bought it. Everything was straight forward and I was able to take it home that day. Louis was very professional and ensured the transaction was a smooth one. He's a very personable fellow as well.
