Not Impressed I was told my car would be taken in for under coating process as soon as I got there and it wasn't until 5 hours later it was taken in to be done. I came from out of province and was in a rush to get it done since I was leaving in the next 2 days to drive back to Labrador. The sales person John made the appointment and said it was all good to go. But when I told all this to the Service Adviser Tara Howard she told me they were just finishing a truck from the night before. ( 5 hours later) they took my car in. Poor service I made a service apt for 8:30, service dept called to confirm my apt the day before. Checked the status of it at 1:45 only to find out it had not even been looked at yet. Extremely frustrated as I had commitments to meet shortly after 2 and wasn’t notified of any delay. Long story short I had to take my Jeep without being looked at, after a complete waste of an entire day. Not too pleased. The service dept didn’t seem to empathetic either. More
