Great Experience I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle. Just happened to be driving by when a Ram 2500 diesel caught my eye. So I went in to take a closer look and instantly feel in love with this truck. Which is saying a lot for a guy who has been a Chev guy for 35 years. Wayne got me a fair price for my trade and a reduced price for the Ram. Stacey put the deal to rest. I found both, informative, and easy to deal with. Have to wait and see how service goes. Lol More

The jeep was placed on "hold" by someone else the next morning and the dealership didn't tell us. We found the same Make/Model/Year at Dartmouth Chrysler Jeep Dodge, so we requested a test drive. Wayne Cobb set everything up for us and he was fantastic to work with. He gave us all the info we needed and he knew what was happening across the street with the other GC. The other dealership was calling and texting while we were still at Dartmouth CJD. He was able to match the price and we also got the dealership extended warranty. Which worked out great for us because Wayne was a lot more attentive and better to deal with than the other guys. He made us feel welcome and we could tell he was appreciative that we were there with him. We got the finance paperwork done with Stacy even though it was getting close to closing time. She was excellent to work with and super down to earth. She made the process easy and explained everything. Our new vehicle was gassed up with a full tank and ready to go the next morning. I'll go back here again and again. I highly recommend this place! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! More

What customer service!!!!!! Ok stood in the dealership for over an hour. Not one truck looked at. Dealer did not know ANYTHING. Just a Tire Change...but Thank you Had an appointment to get my winter tires changed out for all seasons, they needed to be put on rims, Dartmouth Dodge had my van at 8:40 and I was all Had an appointment to get my winter tires changed out for all seasons, they needed to be put on rims, Dartmouth Dodge had my van at 8:40 and I was all done returned to me by 10:15; with my tires stored at their facility. I didn't wait at the garage, instead got the shuttle to work both times, the shuttle was super fast and I didn't wait more then 5 mins for pickup. Everyone was super, thanks very much. More
Wow We were shown a car that we had no interest in to begin. We had requested to see a particular model which was quickly dismissed. After viewing the fir We were shown a car that we had no interest in to begin. We had requested to see a particular model which was quickly dismissed. After viewing the first model which was used, we took some time to think about it. After some research, the used model that was shown to us was more costly than that of its brand new counterpart. After mentioning the price difference to the dealership, they revealed there was an "error" in pricing. Although the dealership admitted to their own error, they were unwilling to adjust the price accordingly. After this first encounter, we noticed that the sales representative was very keen on pointing us toward the more expensive models. He was also very adamant on upselling features that we had no interest in. As with many other people purchasing a vehicle, we had a few priorities in the vehicle we wanted. The sales representative was also very dismissive of these priorities and instead, attempted to sell us a vehicle that was improperly priced and unsuited for our needs. Needless to say, we fought our way through the buying process. When we finally pointed out the vehicle we wanted (without being shown by the sales representative) we recieved some resistance. The sales representative seemed to be hung up on a lack of features compared to the used model with extensive features. Although we did not have a particular colour in mind, we had noted a few prior vehicles that we found attractive. When we came across the red model we liked, the representative noted that it was not the previous colours we looked at. Although this was not an issue before, it seemed to cause confusion for the sales representative. P In conclusion, we took away some very valuable lessons about purchasing from a dealership. Final price does not in fact mean final price at all. We would reccomend purchasing your vehicle elsewhere if you are looking for accurate and fair prices. More
