The service department made an appointment with me. Got all my information on what was required, called a couple weeks later to confirm the appointment. When I arrived i had to wait for 20 minutes to g Got all my information on what was required, called a couple weeks later to confirm the appointment. When I arrived i had to wait for 20 minutes to get in only to find out that the part required for the repair was “back ordered”. The technician then asked me if I wanted him to order the part. This made me think it was not ordered in the first place. I left and haven’t had any sort of correspondence until I received a request to fill out this survey. Very disappointing and frustrating.
