Service Appointment times do not mean anything here. It has happened to me twice where I’ve had an appointment made for service early in the morning and it did not get in for service that day. Why schedule appointment times if you can’t honour them. I was not phoned to be informed of delays or the need to reschedule. Tried calling multiple times to find out the status of my vehicle only to have the phone ring off the hook with no answer. Very disappointing service after you spend a lot of money on a vehicle from their dealership. More
I had at least 3 phone calls asking to make an appointment for an oil change. I made an appointment and when I arrived that told me that didn't take appointments, you line up as first come, first appointment for an oil change. I just didn't like the fact that I was misinformed , apparently by a third party. Perhaps the third party has been misinformed. More

Customer service is less the par, being put on hold for 35+ plus minutes being forgotten about while listening to personal and confidential conversations, the service manager raised his voice to me, told h 35+ plus minutes being forgotten about while listening to personal and confidential conversations, the service manager raised his voice to me, told his team to put my vehicle back together get my keys and not bother to come back because I questioned why our vehicle was it covered by our warranty when we have proof it was covered and in service. When I, a female asked questions they were only answered addressing my husband. Our vehicle was gouged by the dealership on the front bumper, I have proved adequate evidence it happened at the dealership and the General Manager refuses to accept responsibility for his staff. He is claiming there is surveillance but will not provide it or after he has offered to send it along for review. There was no damage reported on their vehicle 360 report upon check in of our service appointment. More
