I took my Jeep in for service yesterday morning at 7:30. I realize they had a very busy day but I called three times and left three messages to see when my Jeep would be ready. When I made the appointment I was assured that I could get a drive back to dealership. It was almost 5 when I could get there and was told after much searching for my paperwork that it was done.
