The customer service, and entire experience in general, was fantastic. This year I was purchasing a new Jeep. I'm not living in Halifax/Dartmouth anymore so tried to buy local. After some unsatisfactory attempts I reached out to Greg via email and within only a few hours I had responses that contained more content (different vehicles, options, prices, photos etc) than an entire week's worth of communicating with the local dealer (in person discussions, phone tag, emails returned 2 days later). Greg went the extra mile and kept searching outside of the province, too! In the end Greg and I cancelled a custom order because he was able to track an even better vehicle down, and at an even better price! All of this, and it was delivered to my door 4.5 hours away! If you prioritize exceptional, honest customer service and tech savvy correspondence then really consider Greg Collins at Dartmouth Dodge.
