But I did choose my next car model on-line. The Jeep Cherokee was what I was interested in. So I booked an appointment with Dartmouth Dodge to learn more about the choices. Greg Collins was very responsive and helpful. A short time later I (and my wife) had chosen a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The decision points were not as daunting as I thought, 6/4 Cylinder engine, GPS NAVIGATION SYSTEM, color,etc. Now I drive my Jeep and learn as I go about the new options/features in new cars these days. Greg not only dealt we me but he dealt with my whole family; including my son who did not want to let his "old van" go and actually had a complete meltdown when we took his car seat out and tried to put it in the new van. Greg help my son explore the new van and showed him all the new features in the van that he would enjoy (including putting Toopy and Binoo cartoon on the DVD player and turn the volume up so everyone in the parking lot could hear it). Above and beyond When I came into the dealership and spoke with Greg it was right after we had one of our many massive snow storms of the winter. I knew what I had in mind for a vehicle however due to the snow I could not view the Ram truck that I wanted. The vehicles were literally burried under the snow and the color truck that I wanted they didn't have at their lot. I went home after speaking about prices with Greg and getting every detail I needed. Within an hour I received a call from Greg saying that the truck we had spoken about was at the lot waiting for me to come view whenever convient for me. Like a kid on Christmas morning I came right down and there was my new truck with not a flake of snow on it. It was literally the only vehicle I could see and had seen in days that was not covered in snow. I wanted to have some extra things done to the truck to make it more unique which were done right away and it turned out amazing. This is my second new vehicle through Dodge and I could not be happier and don't have even one negative thing to say about any of my dealings. More
