I would not recommend Dartmouth Dodge Went in to Dartmouth Dodge when I was thinking of trading in my car. Took me walking around the lot twice, it's a big lot, and finally leaving before Went in to Dartmouth Dodge when I was thinking of trading in my car. Salesman remembered my name for the most part of my first visit, then resorted to calling me Bud when I came in the next day. Reminded of what my name was, then after using it a few times he returned to Bud. Got an estimate done for my car I wanted to trade in. It came back much lower then other dealers quoted me. I was told that the price across the country for my car was around this on AutoTrader.ca and that they couldn't give me more then whole sale. I went on the site when I got back to my car and found that the cars price was 20-40% higher then he stated the max price was, and that was for cars with far more kilometers then mine. Since I was waiting for a family member to get me their Friends and Family Control Number for the car purchase, I told him I wasn't interested quite yet and I would wait until I got the information I needed. The salesman advised me that maybe I could come back if I ever win the lottery then. Needless to say, despite being closer to this dealership, I'll return to where I bought my current car, despite it being further away. More

Great service, great people We popped in on a Saturday just to have a quick look at a van, and Paul Mugford came over to help us out, we talked about our needs, and a few minutes We popped in on a Saturday just to have a quick look at a van, and Paul Mugford came over to help us out, we talked about our needs, and a few minutes later we were off on a test drive. As soon as we came back Paul had found the exact vehicle that suited our needs. We were very comfortable at the dealership and never felt pressured in anyway. 2 days later, we find ourselves in or new vehicle, fully under coated, just in time for a long road trip. Not an easy one, but they made it work :) We had the great opportunity of working with Bryan. We had looked for a long time for a SUV that had a specific list of what we wanted. Recently moving to a new area, where the snow will one day fly again and xxxxxxare few and far between there, we needed something better then an AWD. We certainly found that in our new Jeep Cherokee North 4x4. It met all my needs as a soon to be mom and a teacher and the very specific "under the hood" requirements wanted by my mechanic spouse :) Brian was patient, knew his vehicles and showed us only what we were looking for. It is often hard to find a salesman that is not pushy and truly stays in touch and helps you out. We would recommend Bryan to anyone in need of a new vehicle. Brent was wonderful in staying within my budget and I was excited when "the hand shake", "deal done" came. I cannot complete this review without mentioning JR as without his attention to detail and wonderful advice we would not be driving our new SUV. Thank you again everyone involved!
