Chris Conrad as service adviser has never led me astray, always upfront with my requirements, knowledgeable and always ready to help. The other individual is Stacey Thompson in the fast lube dept. She is personality plus, makes you feel welcome and that your business is very important. She has that unique ability to remember your name even after what may be months between visits, to me that is important. More

Maintenance service Every time I bring my vehicle in for its 10000km inspection/maintenance it is always at least 3 hours before I get it back even if it's just an oil ch Every time I bring my vehicle in for its 10000km inspection/maintenance it is always at least 3 hours before I get it back even if it's just an oil changed and tire rotation. Replacement vehicles for the day are never available...and you guys have an entire car lot at your disposal. What a great opportunity to let your clients sample the other vehicles that you sell. Finally, I got a call one day saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup. So I called the shuttle driver to arrange pickup. I waited 2.5 hours. Your customer service does not reflect how valuable my time is to me nor does it reflect how valuable my patronage is to you. The people I have dealt with have been great, but the service is extremely disappointing. For now, I have no further plans to buy from your dealership again. More

Purchase of 2014 Dodge Journey Quite frankly our experience could not have been any better then what it was! We are from NL and knew what we were looking for in a Dodge Journey and Quite frankly our experience could not have been any better then what it was! We are from NL and knew what we were looking for in a Dodge Journey and Greg Collins went out of his way to find it for us. Simply put, we were having trouble even getting a price from some of the dealerships here in NL and once we were put in touch with Greg our vehicle purchasing became much easier. Greg found us the exact vehicle/colour that we wanted but by the time we connected that vehicle had a sold sign on it. We were disappointed to say the least but Greg did not disappoint. Within a very short time he had another Journey found for us with more options, and a really great price! He made getting the vehicle to NL for us very easy, we didn't have to worry about a thing! We will definitely be having another Dodge for sure as we primarily stick with Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicles and we will for certain be contacting Greg again at Dartmouth Dodge to work with us on making that happen!
