I was there to get general information on their discounts, financing, and an overview of their inventory of Ram trucks. Wayne went through each of the financing options that were being offered and when they were scheduled to expire. He also reviewed the discounts that were being offered by Chrysler Canada ($10,000 in total). He then show me the different new and used options for Rams in stock. I explained that I would return in a few days to take a vehicle for a test drive. We returned on a Tuesday and took a Ram for a test drive. While out we asked Wayne to assess our trade-in and to work out a price for the additional options that we were interested in. On return, Wayne had worked out a quote and presented it to us. He asked if we could work out a deal that day, and I asked if his price on the trade was flexible. Wayne said it was and we discussed what I was expecting. He met this price and we were able to finalize the sale. Both my wife and I felt that Wayne's service was professional, low key, and he took time to explain everything. There were none of the sales tricks/pitches that I have experienced previously and for this we thank Wayne. Following the completion of the sale we met with the Finance Manager JR Kelly and we received another positive experience. Again the various options were explained for financing, warranties, life insurance, etc. There was no pressure tactics to sell, and our negative responses were met with a professional attitude. We picked up our vehicle a week later and everything went smoothly with the financing, trade-in, and driving away. All of our options had been installed, undercoating applied, and the vehicle was spotless. More

In the end John located a new Dodge Caravan in the colour and with the features we wanted. Business Manager Laura Yorke had everything ready with the financing documents when I arrived to pick up our new vehicle. Part of her job is to offer you undercoating but again no pressure. Her useful advice helped me to make the decision to get that as well as an extended warranty which best suited my needs. They don't lease, which might have been a preferable financing option for me.
