Having test driven the RAM 1500 Hemi's and Diesel versions last fall, I knew exactly what my new truck was going to be before I even started my search. I found a great deal online with a truck listed at Dartmouth Dodge, and Greg Collins worked with me from the start. He said "I'll make it worth your while, if you come in to see it", and he wasn't kidding! Couple of days later, I was picking up the keys to take her home! Greg is a straight up guy to talk and deal with. Very professional, friendly, and no pushy or high pressure sales tactics here. Would I buy again from Greg? - Absolutely! I would not recommend Dartmouth Dodge Went in to Dartmouth Dodge when I was thinking of trading in my car. Took me walking around the lot twice, it's a big lot, and finally leaving before Went in to Dartmouth Dodge when I was thinking of trading in my car. Took me walking around the lot twice, it's a big lot, and finally leaving before actually bumping into someone as they were going for a smoke break. Salesman remembered my name for the most part of my first visit, then resorted to calling me Bud when I came in the next day. Reminded of what my name was, then after using it a few times he returned to Bud. Got an estimate done for my car I wanted to trade in. It came back much lower then other dealers quoted me. I was told that the price across the country for my car was around this on AutoTrader.ca and that they couldn't give me more then whole sale. I went on the site when I got back to my car and found that the cars price was 20-40% higher then he stated the max price was, and that was for cars with far more kilometers then mine. Since I was waiting for a family member to get me their Friends and Family Control Number for the car purchase, I told him I wasn't interested quite yet and I would wait until I got the information I needed. The salesman advised me that maybe I could come back if I ever win the lottery then. Needless to say, despite being closer to this dealership, I'll return to where I bought my current car, despite it being further away. More
