Take your vehicle somewhere else In the three years since purchasing my vehicle here I have not had a positive experience with their service department. Their appointment times mean n In the three years since purchasing my vehicle here I have not had a positive experience with their service department. Their appointment times mean nothing as they also take customers off the street with no appointment. I've waited upwards of 7 hours on multiple occasions (often with kids in tow) for a one hour service appointment. Phone calls were not returned in a timely manner and many times they were not returned at all. I've had to call multiple times for the same reason, speaking with someone who would make an action plan and never follow through. I was told by a local service centre about a problem with my vehicle and that I should have it towed to the dealer. They refused to acknowledge that my local service centre might be correct and made getting the part replaced a hassle. In under a year I was told the same part was again failing and after taking it to Dartmouth Dodge they insisted nothing was wrong with the part that was, at the time, under warranty. The part then completely failed and my vehicle was unsafe to drive. They insisted there was no error on their part and nothing that could be done. I have, and continue to, tell anyone who is looking for a new vehicle not to purchase one here simply because their service department is a nightmare to deal with. More
