Cares about your concerns We had purchased a Journey from Wayne 3 years ago. We went back to hime with our requirements for a Jeep Cherokee. Our requirements were quite specific as to what we required but he took his time to research. He found us one miles away. After making the deal and were on our way out of the dealership we noticed that the one we ordered was not with keyless Go. That night after time to consider what we did I emailed Wayne to cancel the order. He replied the following day and said he understood and would try to find us one with one. Once he found one close to our requirements he again was helpful. Even though the price was way about what we wish to spend he helped us and we were able to do a deal. Not once through all of this did Wayne get upset with us in regards to a change of heart on the first vehicle. Great professional sales person. More

Best new vehicle purchase experience ever I was thinking about the "trade in trade up" offer so I went to Dartmouth Dodge to speak to Wayne Cobb who sold me my previous vehicle. I was walking I was thinking about the "trade in trade up" offer so I went to Dartmouth Dodge to speak to Wayne Cobb who sold me my previous vehicle. I was walking around aimlessly considering what to do when Arlene Langille walked past me and must have noticed the confused look on my face so she questioned me and I ask her if Wayne was working today, she took the time to check and found that Wayne was off. She then inquired as to what I was looking for so when I explained she introduced me to Michael Page. I told Mike that I am a customer of Wayne's and he still took the time to held me make up my mind so that I went back to see Wayne a couple days later and told him what I was looking for, had the vehicle ready for a test drive and patiently took me through the steps and within a couple of hours I traded in and up to my new vehicle.
