I have been through a lot of struggles since than including credit issues. I decided to buy a Mercedes Benz to help my credit score. Huge mistake. The 2009 B200 turbo was the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned. The service was horrible and the sales department even worse. After 2 years of issues with the car I wanted to trade up. They offered me $3500 dollars for my car which I paid $25000 dollars for. I went to about 6 or 7 dealerships trying to get out of the car. The 8th dealership I went to was Dartmouth Dodge. I did not think anyone could help me. Than I met Greg, the sales guy for Dartmouth Dodge. Not only did he get me out of the Mercedes but he gave me twice as much for the car than the dealerships before. He put me in a brand new Dodge Journey with affordable payments. I am so happy. Cares about your concerns We had purchased a Journey from Wayne 3 years ago. We went back to hime with our requirements for a Jeep Cherokee. Our requirements were quite specifi We had purchased a Journey from Wayne 3 years ago. We went back to hime with our requirements for a Jeep Cherokee. Our requirements were quite specific as to what we required but he took his time to research. He found us one miles away. After making the deal and were on our way out of the dealership we noticed that the one we ordered was not with keyless Go. That night after time to consider what we did I emailed Wayne to cancel the order. He replied the following day and said he understood and would try to find us one with one. Once he found one close to our requirements he again was helpful. Even though the price was way about what we wish to spend he helped us and we were able to do a deal. Not once through all of this did Wayne get upset with us in regards to a change of heart on the first vehicle. Great professional sales person. More
