Had water leak from third brake light which caused bad smell and should have been dealt with and fixed but after 3 visits still smells and the tech put sealant on my rear windows and made dealer aware an smell and should have been dealt with and fixed but after 3 visits still smells and the tech put sealant on my rear windows and made dealer aware and it’s still on my window now. I now have too wait and smell this rotten smell till they do the job too completion. I really would like to not have yo waste my time going there for the job to get screwed up or unable to complete due to parts ? my truck really smells like something rotten and it tells me that there is standing water somewhere and they did not do the due diligence when comes to the cleaning after warranty work. I took my Jeep in for service yesterday morning at 7:30. I realize they had a very busy day but I called three times and left three messages to see when my Jeep would be ready. When I made the appointment I was assured that I could get a drive back to dealership. It was almost 5 when I could get there and was told after much searching for my paperwork that it was done. I was told that the service advisor would come out and speak with me. He did not. I was then told my car was out there somewhere in the lot.
