I had a problem with my truck and they couldn't reproduce the problem I was having. Luckily the used car sales manager stepped in and he got the truck to reproduce the problem. Had my Jeep towed in twice after fail to properly diagnose root cause. Was told Battery Dead, I replaced the battery still same issue. Was told they couldn't find a fault, and to pick up the jeep. Di diagnose root cause. Was told Battery Dead, I replaced the battery still same issue. Was told they couldn't find a fault, and to pick up the jeep. Didn't even start at their dealership (!) FINALLY identified starter 2 months (!) later. Previously good service for scheduled service, but this time the ball was dropped very badly and I paid for a new battery that had nothing to do with the problem. Unacceptable. More
Very friendly set of people, I went there with my 4 kids after day care and school pick up and they were so warm and welcoming, I really appreciated that, which gave me a chance to focus on getting the info after day care and school pick up and they were so warm and welcoming, I really appreciated that, which gave me a chance to focus on getting the info I needed, Sales person Shiv taught me some stuff I didnt know in relation to buying used and new, and other stuff which prompted me to buy a good veh from them. Staff are always friendly. . but $17 to replace a cabin filter . It took 2 mins …. And was even grabbing the part . Been going there since 2008 .
