They operate on pure bait-and-switch tactics, lie about their numbers, and have zero respect for their clients. My nightmare started on the Ford Canada website, which directed me to a vehicle at DK Ford. I signed up and got a call from Sales Associate Dan the next day. I clearly outlined my expectations, and Dan formally offered me a $44,000 cash buyout if I transferred my trade-in under my company name (or $42,000 cash for a personal account). In return, I was going to buy their vehicle, which was priced at $95,063 plus GST. Based on these agreed numbers, they told me to make the drive from Calgary to Edmonton to finalize the deal. I drove up on August 11, 2026. The second they physically looked at my vehicle, the scam started. They suddenly claimed they needed to deduct $2,500 to repair the windshield, back light, and some hail damage. I immediately pulled out my phone and showed them the WhatsApp chat history with Dan. I had explicitly sent Dan pictures, a video, and a detailed text message documenting the windshield, back light, and hail damage before they ever made the $44,000 offer. They already knew about every single defect. I took this proof directly to the Sales Manager, Terence. Instead of honoring the deal his associate made, Terence went into his office, called me in, and shamelessly repeated the exact same line about the $2,500 deduction. He knew he was caught in a lie and couldn't even make eye contact with me. I walked out of the dealership. Hoping they would realize their mistake, I contacted them on August 13 to get a final, honest deal. Instead, they doubled down on the disrespect. They sent me a new quote that dropped my trade-in value down to $39,500, and the cash take-out plummeted to $37,627. This bait-and-switch would have resulted in a $6,372 loss compared to their original $44k offer. To make matters worse, they quietly increased the price of their own vehicle by $1,500 to $2,000, tacking on random levies and dealer accessories. Again, I had it fully documented on WhatsApp from Dan that those exact levies and accessories were already supposed to be included in the original $95,063 price. They topped off this completely fraudulent quote with an arrogant note saying, "Take it or leave it today." DK Ford is an absolutely unethical business. They will lie to get you in the door, ignore written proof of their own promises, manipulate the numbers by thousands of dollars, and waste your time. Sales Manager Terence and Sales Associate Dan are completely untrustworthy. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Do not deal with them for parts. Sold me a door key pad without telling me in advance they had to program it as well. Paid $220 for the pad and then they wanted $179 for programming. Paid for oil-change, spark plugs, transmission service, and rear diff flush. I crawled under my truck after they completed service and rear diff and transmission was not touched. I got a refund for trans and diff, but I'm obviously skeptical that the other work is completed. I'll get another service center to verify. If you get work done here, DOUBLE CHECK THEIR WORK! More

DK Ford is a dealer that in my opinion is as good as it gets. They make a stressful purchase seem enjoyable. Their sales dept along with their service dept is what sets them apart.
