I purchased a brand new 2012 Honda Civic in Sept. 2011 from Crown Honda. The salesman, Henry was friendly and knowledgeable. Once purchased I had to wait 6 weeks for the vehicle as they had the tsunami st from Crown Honda. The salesman, Henry was friendly and knowledgeable. Once purchased I had to wait 6 weeks for the vehicle as they had the tsunami storm in Japan in 2011. Dealing with the salesman was the only positive expirience at this dealership. After the first snowfall I had to purchase winter tires as the all season tires on the vehicle are crap. I crashed into a curb and had to make a autopack claim to have the front end damage repaired. The steering and control arm attachments were bent and needed to be replaced. After the autopack claim went through I took the vehicle to Crown Honda dealership and was told not to drive the vehicle on long trips and that they would call me when the parts were in. About 5 weeks later I called to enquire about the claim at which time I was told the parts will be in when they get here and there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me there was none available as they were all on holidays. I called back and asked to speak with the salesman, Henry. After explaining my situation to Henry he told me he would look into it. Approximately 15 minutes later I recieved a call from the service desk advising me they have found parts and they could take my vehicle in within two days. On Nov.20th, 2012 I recieved a Honda Civic Recall letter for door locks freezing on the Honda Civic. On Nov.24th I called the dealership service desk and no one answered the phone after 25-30 rings. I called the dealership line and was told they could get someone to call me back sometime today. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS BRUTAL. I felt like I was inconveniencing them to get information about the recall. The service desk worker called me and advised me they would call me back once they recieve the recall parts to the vehicle. He was the only person working in his department and it appears they don't have enough staff at this bussiness to even answer the phone. Once I was able to speak with the service desk person he was nice and friendly but was obviously over loaded with his workload. Other than dealing with the saleman Henry, the customer service at this dealership really blows. By the way I asked to speak with the salesman Henry but I was told he is no longer employed at Crown Honda. More

Nabi was the only reason that I stayed in the dealership and ended up purchasing a new car. Crown Honda should be greatful to have such a quality individual working for them. Nabi was very knowledgeable on the products he was selling and spent the appropriate amount of time, making my wife and I comfortable. This salesman did what he needed to do to get our business despite the multiple trips back and forth to the business manager. The Business Manager, Jack Reves was rather unhelpful and unprofessional in regards to fixing a concern we had with the bill of sale. The problem was an incorrect tax amount that we asked him to correct. He didn't want to have anything to do with it and sent us to Kabeir the Sales Manager. Kabeir was great and took care of the problem immediately. More
My old honda civic was wearing out (1999) and I was thinking about getting a new one. Then an email came from Crown Honda about a low financing special so I called. I chatted with David for about half an hour and he satisfied all my initial questions. He said that a civic and a fit would be ready for me on Saturday afternoon to test drive as I requested. On Saturday, I met Joemel, a friendly young lad who now had his hands full with me and my two friends. Very happily, he went about explaining things and took us (three lively ladies in their early 50's) out on a test drive. What a blast we had!! We slammed him with question after question, all of which he answered very confidently. Joemel clearly enjoys his work and was very knowledgeable. He made this huge decision for a new car, an easy one. Next, the mgr spent the day trying to find a blue civic for me. Although none could be found, I was impressed with his diligence as he called dealerships across Canada. Next time, I'll come earlier in the year! Anyway, Jack took me through the financial stuff, fully explaining things as we went along. Michelle, a very friendly young lady went over how to find things in the manual, the first inspection, and told us of an open house Crown Honda was having the following week. Joemel then went over the daily running of the honda programs and set up my door lock system the way I wanted and linked my cell phone up to the hands free through the steering wheel. Wow! I don't know if an old gal like me will get into that, but he assured me that I would use it and love it now that it was all set to go! That's actually quite exciting, thanks Joemel!! All in all, from top to bottom, the stress of buying a car was smoothed out so effortlessly for me. What a talented group of people working at Crown Honda! Good work! I loved the experience! I have always been a chevy customer since 1975 and have purchased my last 3 new vehicles from Birchwood. A few months ago that dealership Birchwood GMC scamed me into repairs not needed. I made it very clear I was aware of what they did and that I was very upset over it. My service agent felt bad about it when he found out. However their service manager never made an effort to talk with me and try and make things right. I told them that I was in the market for a new truck and I assured them since they did not feel I was a valued customer, I was not going to buy a chevy product, but I will not buy anything attached to the Birchwood name. During this I brought in my Honda lawnmower to see if this Crown Honda dealership could fix a ongoing problem that I had with it. Three other Honda dealers seemed not able or did not listen to my problem with it. Well, Crown Honda did listen and also fixed it right. I knew then, when I was going to buy a new truck, I was going to give Crown Honda the first shot at having me as a customer. I went in one day and spoke to a salesman David Quang and told him how I was treated at Birchwood and that come Jan 2013 I would be in to see what they could do for me. Well Crown Honda called me in August 2012 informing me that they have a big sale on and asked if I would be interested. An appointment was set with the VIP Sales Manager Dustin Voth and I ended up buying a top line Honda Ridgeline with a few added options. It was taking a few days to add on all the toys I asked for and even went to see it once. But afterwards could not remember if it had a sunroof that I asked for. So I called and asked Dustin if in fact it had one. He played a joke and said, did I ask for one. My heart jumped thinking no way my new truck without the sunroof. But then he started to laugh and said yes it did in fact have the sunroof. We both had a chuckle over that. Once the truck was ready I was called and I came down to finish the paper work. Then Nichole started to go over the truck with me. It took 2 hours to explain how all the toys worked. Of course by this time when it was time to drive it out of the showroom, it failed to start because of the battery runnung down. I was not concerned I knew why it happened. But I thought I could now play a joke back at Dustin. Two days later I drove up and Dustin was outside and I pulled up to speak with him. He asked how I was liking the truck, I said I do love it but do have a few problems with it. He asked what and I said, you may have heard the day I picked it up, the truck failed to start. We all thought it was because of the long time spent going over everything. But since then everytime I shut it off, I need another boost. He said well we'll take it in right now and fix that. Then I said why would they sell me a new truck with a foot long scarch on the roof. Well if you could have seen the look on his face. I then smiled and said I got you back. We both laughed hard on that one. All I can say now is that I love my new truck and it looks like I picked the right dealership. I enjoy the staff and they are always very friendly. I can now say, I am a Honda man from now on. Keep up the great work. Customer relations are very important and I feel your staff fully understand that by the way I have been treated so far. BRAVO Crown Honda! More
I have been searching for a vehicle for two weeks. I have been to multiple dealerships and none of them were as knowledgeable and friendly as Crown Honda. You are greeted with a friendly smile once you step been to multiple dealerships and none of them were as knowledgeable and friendly as Crown Honda. You are greeted with a friendly smile once you step foot into the shop and you are immediately helped in the most respectful way possible. If the sales product advisor could not answer a question, he took the time to ask the manager and gave us a direct "Yes" or "No" answer, unlike the other dealerships who avoided the question all together and then gave us attitude for pressing for a direct answer they could not provide. The staff at the dealership never intimidated you into purchasing a vehicle but were very genuine in wanting to help you. As crazy as it may sound, they even made the price negotiation quite entertaining and enjoyable. From beginning to end, the process was painless, prompt and accurate. I would highly recommend Crown Honda to others. More
