Erwin from finance was also great as well. They both made sure that we go through the process of buying a new car as smooth as possible and it certainly did! Despite their busy schedules they always made sure to make time for us and they made us felt we were important. Making the sale was not the end of the service they gave us. Upon picking up the car they were very thorough in explaining everything you need to know about it. Joemel helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. He was amazing to deal with!! So different than any other sales person I've dealt with (4 purchases in 6 years) all at a different dealership. I felt He was amazing to deal with!! We were unable to find the car we were looking at locally so we started looking online at the nearest major centres in Manitoba (we live in Keewatin ON). While we did get responses to the initial emails we sent out, not everyone continued to stay in contact. Erwin kept getting back to us and when we made the decision to make the trip in to see the car (2013 Honda Civic 2dr Coupe), he assured us that everything would be ready should we decide to buy. Not only did Erwin make the deal happen, but the whole team at Crown seemed to be working together as one (vs. competing with each other). Jack was great, too! We took the car home that same day!
