Do not trust the finance department when they try to sell you extended warranties. We paid $500 for windshield coverage. Mainly because we were told a new windshield for our car (2021 Kia Forte) would cost you extended warranties. We paid $500 for windshield coverage. We were assured by Braden (who no longer works there) that the insurance covered rock chip repairs and windshield replacement. After being hit by a large rock and getting a two inch circular crack two weeks ago, I went back to the dealership. It was then that we were told the truth. Apparently, the insurance does not cover windshield replacement. It only covers the deductible of your own glass insurance, which we do not have. In addition, I found out we were lied to about the cost of the windshield. Braden told us it would be $1200. It is actually around $450. More

I always have to return to this dealership twice to have any service corrected. they just do not care, new staff monthly and always new manager/s . so much disappointment and disgust . service never performed right the first time.
