She was very helpful and answered all my crazy questions being a first time new car buyer....we did have some glitches with some communication but it was not Liisa but the finance dept...so overall a good experience for me....I may not go back just because it is really far away from where I live....I am new to calgary and didnt realize where it was when I initiated contact and kept with them because they were quick to get things done ....but it is a long drive for me...back and forth to Crowfoot from the SE .
