Being indecisive about the vehicle certainly didn't make us easy customers, but Chad Vosburgh was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire sales cycle. He answered countless (20+) e-mails about the stats of the various vehicles, showed us all of them vehicles (in all kinds of trims), had to endure 4 visits, until we finally decided on a vehicle. Throughout the whole cycle he was extremely patient, super helpful and very pleasant to deal with. When it came down to pricing we asked him not to dance around each other and that's exactly what he did. With the help of Jesse we've came to an agreement extremely fast, which was very nice for a change, not to have to re-negoiate multiple times. When Chad told us, that he's been relatively new to the industry, we couldn't believe that. In comparison to other sales reps at other dealerships he was extremely knowledgeable, but even if he didn't know something, he just went on a hunt to get us what we needed, which is something I can't say about other dealerships (who got easily annoyed by all of our questions about towing capacity, tongue weight, wheelbase, GCWR etc.) and what makes Chad a fantastic sales rep. He genuinely cares about his customers and never complained for a second. Lastly we worked with Asad from the finance department, who was absolutely pleasant to deal with as well and who helped us through the process with ease. Overall, we had an absolutely excellent experience with Crowfoot Dodge. More

On the pick up day Ray picked me up at home, took me to the dealership to complete the financial arrangements, gave me a ride to register the vehicle and get a plate, then put the plate on himself!
