Mr.James Goudreau was excellent to deal with.First of all he gave us as much time as we need to answer all our question, we never felt rushed. James at no time used the negative of another auto manufactuerer's product(which I found very professional)to convince us,but instead demonstrated and explained the postive features available on GM'S EQUINOX.If I was to pick out one feature which I beleive GM should advertise more ,would be the side sensors on the car, if you sway over the white line or if a auto is in your blind spot. Even after the sale, James still makes time to answer all our questions and follow up with all of our concerns. More

My wife and I had already test drove a few cars at various dealerships around our city. We stopped in at Crosstown because my wife was curious about the Chevy Cruze and she wanted to test drive it. Jeleen Lacasse our salesperson was a key reason behind that. She was so helpful and friendly and really did listen to our needs and wants. She also set up a test drive right away and didn't come along with us for the ride like the previous salesperson did at another dealership. The car, (2012 Cruze LTZ RS) did the rest of the selling. It was a great ride and had all the bells and whistles one could want and at an affordable price. Our experience at Crosstown and with Jeleen was definitely one to remember in this day and age where customer service seems to have taken a back seat. More

From the time we stepped on to the lot to look at vehicles we were greeted in a friendly manner.
