He wasn't pushy and I didn't feel pressured like at most of the other Sudbury dealerships. There were a couple small issues with the truck and he had them delt with swiftly and professionally. Ken in the service department answered all of my maintenance questions and was great to deal with. Julia in financing was also excellent to deal with. Customer service has deceased and become very pour at most of the Sudbury auto dealerships I've delt with over the past few years and most of them have no idea what good customer service is and don't take pride in it anymore like once upon a time, but shopping at Cross town showed me that there are still local Sudbury business that provide excellent customer service and make buying a new vehicle very pleasant. I would highly recommend buying a new from Jeff at Cross town. More

I test drove a few trucks and when I finally made up my mind, questions were answered and the few that she was unsure of, she immediately found out the answer for me. Tammy went above and beyond and did not hesitate to explains all the options of this vehicle. She told me not to hesitate to call her for anything concerning the vehicle. A few days after I bought the vehicle, I noticed that some screws holding the tail lights were missing and immediately called Tammy.
