Since it was a long weekend we had to wait until Tuesday to complete the purchase of this vehicle. When we arrived on Tuesday Justin met us on our way in. He was very helpful in explaining all the conveniences that came with the vehicle and even was nice enough to sync our tablet to our vehicle. So many new things to learn. Since I am in the habit of paying cash for most things we ran into a slight hitch with the financing but with Mitch's help and a small down payment that was rectified---Thank you Mitch I was very happy to be able to drive home with my vehicle the same day I went in to purchase it, as I really needed it for the upcoming work week. On the date of the purchase and pickup of the 2016 HD High Country diesel My sales person Jeff was very curious and pleasant and informative with the delivery of the vehicle.And we had any concerns in the future to let him know. Never a Call Back So we recently purchased a truck and had no issues and were very happy and pleased Then we to soon realize it had damage to the truck later that day So we recently purchased a truck and had no issues and were very happy and pleased Then we to soon realize it had damage to the truck later that day Havnt been able to resolve this as no in returns our calls or text The bumper was to be replace last week But now that is this week Our windshield was scratched and while they attempted to fix it they scratched it more Have not be able to resolve this to have it fix as stated above Been over a month now I even asked to have something done extra for me as a courtesy as a sorry and was denied that as well I've done everything on my part to try to get this resolved but am lost how I can get this taken cared of More

Excellent customer service by Johnny K!! John went above and beyond for us. We were on our way to Toronto SickKids hospital for a scheduled surgery for my son when my wipers stopped working.. Was presented with a sales person who was able to answer all of my requests. I did not feel pressured therefore proceeded with my inquirie. My trade was appraised and i left with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Called the dealershp the day after to express some concerns with regards to my trade. My sales rep was able to meet most of my demands and at that point I felt quite comfortabe proceeding with the deal! More
