Next came the financing, Andrea was also very knowledgeable and made what can be the worst part of a vehicle purchase very easy and painless, she explained all of our options and worked hard to make our deal happen just the way we wanted. Shortly after the deal was made and the financing was arranged came delivery day, Kaitlin added to the already great experience with her "excited for you" type attitude and by delivering perfectly spotless vehicles with a very comprehensive run down of all the great features of our new cars. Since I was purchasing a branch new Tiguan, there was going to be a 3 weeks wait period, but due to unexpected delay in shipment i didn't get my car for about 5 week. Deon offered a rental for the wait period and coverd all the costs. Jeremiah and Deon went out of their way to accommodate me till i got my new car. Even though I was initially interested in purchasing a Jetta GLI, Alex recommended that I try the Golf Sportli with my 2nd Golf purchased at Crosby!
