My wife and I moved from Nova Scotia to Kitchener, Ontario back in April 2013. We knew that a second vehicle was needed and preferred an SUV. Our research pointed us to 3 2013 models (Honda CR-V tha Ontario back in April 2013. We knew that a second vehicle was needed and preferred an SUV. Our research pointed us to 3 2013 models (Honda CR-V that we currently drive, Toyota RAV4, and a VW Tiguan. I had already test driven the Tiguan as well as the CRV back in Nova Scotia. I was really searching for a dealership for the after service. I went into Crosby VW and was immediately impressed with my first impressions. The dealership was bright, clean, and busy with clients. And the staff were very friendly. Vinny Luka was the salesperson that saw me and I told him what I was looking for. I wanted a Tiguan, Comfortline, with some extra options. I had “built” the model from the website with a price quote. Vinny asked a few questions and reviewed inventory and price. He offered a test drive but one wasn’t necessary. I found him very knowledgeable and accommodating. We did not negotiate a firm price as I had 1 more stop to make…the Toyota Dealership. That experience was not good. I went in to the nearest one but the atmosphere was a little unfriendly. Took me awhile to “get noticed” and longer to arrange a test drive. The service was not great and influenced my decision to go with the Tiguan. I went back to Crosby that afternoon and saw Vinny. We discussed pricing and we had a deal within 40 minutes. I had to wait until the type and colour I wanted could be built…which was into June, but Vinny kept in touch by email all the way through. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Vinny to anyone who is looking for a VW, and for the excellent service they are known for. More

When my old car finally died, I knew I wanted to replace it with a Volkswagen. A friend suggested we go see Vinny because they had received great customer service from him when they bought their Jetta. Wh it with a Volkswagen. He greeted us in an unassuming, non-threatening way, not to mention he had a great big genuine smile on his face. He listened to us explain what we were looking for and made some suggestions for test drives. He took the time to really explain the different options and packages and never once did we feel like we were being 'sold to'. I felt like we were old friends and I trusted him completely. I decided on the Passat, expressing that there was a time constraint and I would need it right away. The dealership didn't have what I wanted in stock at the time, and took the time to find one at another dealership, making arrangements for a trade. Unfortunately, because of the bad weather the week of January7th, delivery of my car was delayed by a few days. The dealership suggested that I rent a car until mine came in and they offered to pay for it! Kaitlin was excellent to deal with as well, as she explained all the bells and whistles on my Passat and went through all of the required paperwork. I have heard from both Vinny and Kaitlin since I drove away and I would not hesitate to send anyone that is looking to buy a Volkswagen to Crosby Volkswagen. I can assume I am not the only one that feels this way because I see an awful lot of Crosby Volkswagens and Audi's on my daily drive to Mississauga. Had a breakdown on a return trip from Toronto to Indianapolis on Hwy. 401. I got off at Kitchener, found Crosby VW, took my car in. Ian took the time to not only find me a hotel, but also get a discount on the hotel (wonderful room by the way). Crosby drove me to the hotel and called in the morning to say my car was ready, picked me up at 11:00 am and I was on my way. Ian just stepped up because he could see how frazzled I was and took care of everything for me. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and for the service I received while there. I drive from Indianapolis to Toronto and back once a month and hope to be able to use Crosby for regular VW service in the future. More
