I was pretty certain I knew exactly the car I wanted but was unsure of a couple options that aren't available in Canada yet, or ever. Erik was helpful enough to speak with VWoA and find out as much as he could if the option I wanted from Europe would be arriving in Canada any time soon. This was far more then I could have asked from any sales associate and shows his dedication to making his customers happy if they do choose to purchase. I did end up getting a new '15 GTI and have been happy ever since, will definitely be contacting Erik when it's time to purchase another car, and would recommend him to anybody. More
