very bad service this review is from Jan 2016 FCC wanted to do a review of the problems these are 1 brakes pull to the left or right when stopping (NOT FIXED) in ove this review is from Jan 2016 FCC wanted to do a review of the problems these are 1 brakes pull to the left or right when stopping (NOT FIXED) in over 2 yrs (SAFETY ISSUE) 2 wet or damp seatbelts after it rains (NOT FIXED) in over 2yrs (SAFETY ISSUE) 3motor vibration (NOT FIXED) in over 2 yrs 4the RPMS at 2000 when at 50 k or 30 miles per hour (NOT FIXED) in over 2yrs 5weather stripping around the doors keep coming off for the 3rd time (NOT FIXED) in over 2 yrs 6A/C has a leak it never gets cold cold (NOT FIXED) in over 2 yrs 7the tire pressure sensor (NOT FIXED) in over 2 yrs 8the skeem (MAYBE FIXED) in over 2 yrs these problems have been going on for over two years and has not been fixed yet when they did there review I was told by crestview and FCC that there was no problems or issues everything was fine. they have done nothing but lie and come up with all kinds of excuses for not having to fix anything. they know all about these problems even the camvap arbitrator has seen and felt them yet nothing is being done to resolve the problems. FCC,s rep has seen them and knows about them and they say there is no problems. and I understand that crestview has a D rating I would have to say there rating should be an F rating. after two years of them I find that they are very poor at fixing anything and are over priced bad mechanics that have no idea what they are doing. I can not say much for the rest of the so called team at crestview or FCC as they will not take any responcility for there product.Two this day I would not trust them to fix anything and I would not buy a Chrysler product again. if you read this review I would say run as fast as you can because all they want is your money and then they do not now who you are. I know this will xxxx them off but they have pissed me off for over two years and nothing has been fixed so now its my turn. my rating for them would have to be FFF---. this is my review and everything I have said is true. FCC has been ordered to buy this lemon back from CAMVAP More
