I am extremely disappointed with Country Hills Nissan due to their persistently faulty car wash service, which has been out of order for the past three to four months. As a premium member, I expect the services promised, but instead, I’ve been paying for something I cannot even use. To make matters worse, their customer service and after-sales support are absolutely terrible. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution, no proactive updates, and zero accountability. It’s frustrating to see such disregard for customer experience. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. If you value good service and reliability, look elsewhere! Kind regards, Sumit More
STAY AWAY! !! Worst dealership experience we have ever had. They were never able to fix our vehicle even though the vehicle was brought in multiple times. Eve !! Worst dealership experience we have ever had. They were never able to fix our vehicle even though the vehicle was brought in multiple times. Every time we asked for a loaner vehicle to use, there was none available. We decided to trade the vehicle in because we felt they would never be able to fix the issue and did not feel safe driving the vehicle. We decided on another vehicle to purchase, put a deposit on the new car to hold for us. They would not sell us the vehicle until they resolved the issue with our trade in, even though we had agreed and put a deposit to purchase from them. I emailed the managers 3 times and never got a response back. I called the GM and left a message- never heard back. When we finally signed off on the deal, the salesman was only interested in us giving him a good review. There was never an apology for the absolute run around we received from all involved. The only one from the dealership who cared was Clinton in the service department. He went above and beyond to help us out. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
This dealership has no integrity. Beware attempting to deal with them. They cannot be trusted to honor deals that they make. We worked with a sales rep on a used Armada that we liked. Beware attempting to deal with them. They cannot be trusted to honor deals that they make. We worked with a sales rep on a used Armada that we liked. We live an 8 hr drive from the dealership so we were told that if we made a deposit they would hold the vehicle until Jan 2 the day we said we could get there to look at it. We made the deposit and were told via email by the sales rep that all was good on their end and he looked forward to meeting us on the 2nd. On Jan 1st as we were 4.5 hrs into our 8 hr trip to go see the vehicle, we received a message that the vehicle had been sold. They apologized for this "hiccup". So the deposit was for absolutely nothing, plus we drove for 9 hrs (return trip) for nothing. We were lied to by our sales rep, Johnny, and the sales manager approved the sale of the vehicle to someone else knowing that there already was a deposit on it from a different customer. This is a despicable way to do business, and clearly this dealership does not know the meaning of integrity. Beware of making any commitments with this dealership!!! By the way, no offer to make amends for what they did by covering our wasted travel either. We would not touch anything from this dealership nor attempt to buy anything from them ever again. We highly recommend that anyone else stay far away from this dealership!!!! More
I have asked twice in one month about buying a Blue 2025 King Cab Pro-4x listed on their site, and have waited a considerable time to even hear back from them. Crickets. I ended up buying a CrewCab Pro-4X King Cab Pro-4x listed on their site, and have waited a considerable time to even hear back from them. Crickets. I ended up buying a CrewCab Pro-4X from another Nissan dealership. Sad really. With sales plummeting across North America, I'd have thought they'd have been more interested but they may have too much money and don't need anymore. I wonder if Nissan Corporate Canada knows of this, or if they did, even care. With Nissan in such turmoil that they've laid off over 9000 workers globally and their CEO taking a voluntary wage cut to help the company, this dealership is not pulling their weight. Go elsewhere. Dropped to look at the 2025 Kicks for my girlfriend. The salesman was nice and we settled on the car. It went downhill from there. On a cash deal they were thousands of dollars over MSRP which the sales manager said was a "fair deal". The fair deal price included destination and pdi charges in addition to this. They wouldn't disclose MSRP and Nissan's website shows that MSRP includes those two charges. Then they wanted to sell an overpriced warranty and get her to finance a tiny portion of the vehicle for a few months to save $400. Bottom line, we bought elsewhere and got an SV instead of the S for almost $6000 less. I've got 30 years experience in the auto business and can't believe the tactics they tried. Unfortunately, a friend of mine just got hosed on a new Murano there with the same xx, hence my review now. Take a drive west out of Calgary, it could save you thousands. Buyer beware! More
I bought a used truck and had a very good experience with Nitesh and the GM, Austin. After it was delivered to me (with a full tank of gas!), and I took possession, I discovered a problem with the backup cam Nitesh and the GM, Austin. Absolutely horrendous experience. Do not ever ever not only by Nissan but buy from these guys because customer service is not their expertise. they told us to buy this undercoating wh Do not ever ever not only by Nissan but buy from these guys because customer service is not their expertise. they told us to buy this undercoating when we bought a brand new vehicle and told us it will be valid for entire lifetime of the vehicle and we just have to bring it in every two years and get it recoated for free. When I took it in after 2 years not only there was inspection charge attached to it but after that they weren't even sure if they were going to put new undercoating or not. Then I requested a shuttle which was hour and a half late, made me take off of work early and when I asked if there was a earlier shuttle was available or can send different shuttle or reimburse Uber, the attitude from customer service rep Mako was absolutely disrespectful and directly told me "I told you times vary so you are on your own so figure it out. Save yourself some dignity and dont ever buy from these guys. More
I had a fantastic experience working with Chris Nechi and Mark as well. They were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, answering all our questions and helping us find the perfect vehicle. We hig Mark as well. I purchased a 2021 Kicks from this dealership a few days ago. This was one of my worse buying experiences I ever had. The entire process was excessively time-consuming, taking over 12 hours across three days. Despite scheduling appointments, I faced significant delays, including waiting over an hour past my appointment time to meet with Abdul from finance. Although Abdul eventually came to get me 40 minutes late, he directed me to speak with Chris first to discuss potential add-ons. Both Chris and Abdul were extremely insistent about selling additional features. Despite my repeated refusals, they continued to pressure me by lowering prices and attempting to persuade me to purchase extras I did not want. There appeared to be a total lack of communication between Chris and Abdul. I had clearly informed Chris that I did not want any extras and preferred a 48-month loan term. However, Abdul presented a plan that included all the extras and warranties, along with a 96-month term. The extras and warranties alone amounted to over $10,000 on a $23,000 car purchase. Abdul was relentless in his attempts to sell the add-ons. Each time I declined, he questioned my decision and repeatedly lowered prices and re-bundled offers. Even after multiple refusals, he suggested that most people accept the deal because it was “so good.” On the day I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle, my appointment was at 6:30 p.m. I arrived 10 minutes early, but Chris was 10 minutes late. During this time, I observed him conversing with another salesperson and walking around, which made it seem as though he was deliberately delaying. Additionally, the vehicle was supposed to be detailed inside and out, but the job was subpar. The salesman spent about 15 minutes cleaning the inside of the doors and parts of the exterior, but multiple areas were still dirty when I left. Additionally of note, I originally put own a deposit on a different car, only to find out later that day that it was already sold to someone else. When I inquired how this could have happened, Chris brushed it off and noted that nothing could be done. Despite my wife’s repeated warnings not to continue with the dealership, I pursued which I now regret. To provide a balanced view, I must mention that my initial visit to the dealership was positive. The salesman was accommodating, allowing my son and me to take two different vehicles home to show my wife. However, this was the only positive aspect of the entire experience. I faced high-pressure sales tactics from Chris, who was quite irritated after I convinced him I needed time to think about the purchase. I also wanted to add that everyone that I have dealt with has been really helpful and friendly. A few days after I took delivery I took the Kicks for a transmission fluid change, at an independent garage. They showed me the air filter. This was the original air filter from when the car was new. It was completely black, with lots of debris in it. I would assume the vehicle inspection the dealer was suppose to have done, prior to my purchase, would have caught this. I assumed they didn’t look at anything and just checked off the boxes on the checklist. Especially if they missed something as simple as an engine air filter. My cabin air filter was the same thing, extremely dirty. Overall, my experience with Country Hills Nissan was frustrating to say the least. It did contact a couple senior sales managers but never heard anything back. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. More
