But with such a nice trick they took my signature on bill of sale $23500 . So please whoever go there don't Sign any paper before u het everything done. Because after they won't listen you. They will ask you to wait for 3 hours or more but after long waited they give no result. Such a xxxxxxxx experience. I bought car first time and they teach me a very good lesson that don't trust them in future or any other dealer too. Never seen such a xxxxxxxx customer service and people. More

I did not heard back from them so I keep texting aski g for update and I did not got an answer. Decide to go in person and they only said it will not work. Completly a joke, i felt disrected not a customer even though i previously bought a vehicle there. I will take my business somewhere else only the service department is excellent. More

Terrible Worst buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a dealer demo SantaFe limited sight unseen that included shipping to me, command start, all weather Worst buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a dealer demo SantaFe limited sight unseen that included shipping to me, command start, all weather mats, cargo liner government safety. Vehicle took over 20days to arrive to me. When it did arrive both front wheel wells were damaged, only had 1 key, no all weather mats, no government safety, windshield chipped and scratched in drivers line of sight. Took over 110 days by the time my vehicle was fixed. They paid to have the vehicle fixed but I still had the expense of taxi's, the cost of a real safety, cost to have the windshield fixed. During the process I was repeatedly lied to and they tried to push me away. If i wasn't persistent this would have cost me much much more. Never ever deal with these people without being at the dealer, and even then avoid at all costs. More
