Originally I was just looking for some information on a new Tacoma, had all my questions and concerns answered. I was not pressured into buying or test driving anything which is a big plus for me. My first message to the dealer was at 630 pm on a Wednesday( so after work hours), and I still received a call within 5-10 mins from Marty Cayer letting me know that my request was received, was asked if I had any additional questions. Got another call the next day with all of the requested info. I have bought very few vehicles from dealers because of how “pushy” and “uncaring” they treat customers, not the case at Cornwall Toyota at all. All staff that I dealt with were very pleasant and super helpful, I would not hesitate to go see Marty Cayer and Toyata if I ever need another vehicle. More
