Work & Inspection not entirely completed-Cooksville Hyundai I called to make an appointment and other than the regular required oil change I mentioned that there was a troubling vibration and if they could insp I called to make an appointment and other than the regular required oil change I mentioned that there was a troubling vibration and if they could inspect the issue. I also asked that the tires be inspected to rule that out as a potential issue. I get the feeling this was not documented correctly on my initial call when booking my appointment. When the recall and oil change work was completed I was told that the tires were fine and that the issue was likely due to snow and ice build up around the wheel wells, etc. Which they removed. The rear tire was showing a bulge on the sidewall which was not mentioned or addressed when I was told my car was ready. This was clearly visible. If they spent the time to clean around the tires and inspect the tire tread how was this bump/bulge not noticed? Instead I was offered a "discount" on one new tire which did not seem like a discount at all. Will be purchasing my new tire/tires elsewhere and will not be coming back to the cooksville Hyundai dealership. Will also be the last place I recommend my friends and family with Hyundai vehicles unless they are dealing with a warranty or recall issue. There has also been 3 different recalls on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport. Lastly, if you intend to come here for just an oil change, don't. Unless you have an extra 2-3 hours to spare, or were offered free oil changes when you purchased your vehicle. The only good thing I can say about this place is the friendly staff which is to be expected from any dealership. This wasn't the only negative experience I've had here but was by far the absolute worst. I am extremely disappointed in Hyundai and sincerely expected a lot more. More
