Quick, friendly, considerate. My F150 was recalled for an issue involving the door/lock mechanism. I was given a service appointment within a few days of calling the dealership. I dropped off at 8:15am and expressed that I needed my truck back by 2:30pm. By 11am Bilal called to say that he'd had two technicians working on it and everything was good to go. The recall service was free, so the price was right. More

Fixed Right I came in for an issue with my transmission that had been on and off for the last two weeks. I was able to book an appointment at a time of my choosin I came in for an issue with my transmission that had been on and off for the last two weeks. I felt like the service staff actually cared and they took the time to listen to my issues. They went over a "job aid" with me which I had never been shown at other dealerships.
