Beware of Concept Ford – Unethical Business Practices I had a very disappointing experience with Concept Ford, particularly with Nick and GM Jason Stewart. We had a confirmed deal in place for an F-150, including agreed pricing. Just before the scheduled pickup date, they suddenly increased the price of the truck . When I questioned the change, I was told, “It is what it is”, and that nothing could be done. This kind of last-minute price change is dishonest and unprofessional. It feels like a clear bait-and-switch tactic. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Make sure you get everything in writing and be prepared for sudden changes. I would not recommend Concept Ford based on my experience. If there has zero star I can give them zero. More
