I would have given a zero rating if that exists. Left my Honda civic car for service at this location for vibration issue at idling. They gave the report back that they are not able to recreate the Left my Honda civic car for service at this location for vibration issue at idling. Also they made a huge crack in the windshield during service and saying it is rock chip and didn't happen in the showroom. Went to show room thrice but no service manager or GM is present there to speak on the issue. Worst experience in my entire life. More

Bought a new ridgeline touring in 2019 from colonial Honda. Right from the get go, the absolute worst service I have ever encountered as a car owner/buyer. Not meeting deadlines, not caring they didn’t Honda. Right from the get go, the absolute worst service I have ever encountered as a car owner/buyer. Not meeting deadlines, not caring they didn’t meet deadlines, inability to diagnose and fix problems. Disorganized lazy staff. Right up to the day ibdecided to buy out my lease I called the dealership and they said someone will call you “within 24 hours” I said what? ….it’s 2 weeks later and the truck was traded on a new vehicle elsewhere and I have yet to be called back. This place is truly the worst car dealership in Halifax area. Avoid like the olague. More

While the vehicle is great, and the sales department is great, the service department never fails to disappoint. I'm thinking Portland might be the next avenue. This time, I foolishly accepted a service package with my new 2021 CRV, and so it came time to swap my all season tires for winters (2 near end of life, and 2 new)., They took 2 hrs to install the 4 tires, then informed me that two needed to be removed and replaced, and that it would take another 2 hrs to do this. I asked for my keys and asked which tires needed to be swapped, (with intentions of getting a competent company to do the work), when they informed me that they put the two oldest tires on the same side (drivers side) and put the newer tires on the passenger side...who does this? Now I need to have them taken off and paired back and front... I have myself to blame, as I've known for 10 years that this is the area where this store always fails. Shame on me for being tricked into buying another maintenance package. More

I went to see the Honda CRV. After being shown all the features of the vehicle I asked for a price. I was immediately asked to go to the salesperson’s office to work out a price. I told the salesperson I features of the vehicle I asked for a price. I was immediately asked to go to the salesperson’s office to work out a price. I told the salesperson I was only looking at this point but would like to know the price. After a bit of persistence I was given the price. I thanked the salesperson at which point I was informed that the salesperson was not getting paid for the time they had just spent with me and they got paid on commission only. I have bought enough cars to know how car sales people get paid. I was totally turned off by this approach and if I do decide buy a Honda it will not be from this dealership. More
