Started looking for a new van and came across a 2014 Caravan on their website. It was Easter Weekend and I popped in with my wife to check it out. We were late getting there and so I test drive took us until closing. We were not rushed and there was not pressure tactics by Dylan. Dylan was informative, friendly and up front. I said I'd come back and check out the vehicle after the weekend. He suggested putting a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. I figured nothing to lose and I did. Over the weekend I texted a few questions and Dylan promptly replied. Wasn't able to go in the Monday for my second test drive, so he held the vehicle until the Tuesday with no questions asked or pressure. I took the vehicle out for a good hour or more. When I came back there were a few more questions I had. We worked a deal in my price range and they even gave me a fair trade in for my old clunker (took $50 less then the wrecker would have given me). The service, friendliness, attention to detail and no pressure/no hassel, made my vehicle purchase a great experience. I never felt it was me against them trying to get a good deal. It felt more like a partnership, they trying to sell a vehicle and making sure I was getting the right vehicle. I bought the van two months ago and waited to write this review. The van is running great and I have 0 regrets. Will definitely go back when it is time for another vehicle. (My only small complaint was a poor job on the detailing for delivery, but Dylan sent it back in and had my concerns dealt with and I was on the road in half an hour).
