Scam artists! One of the worst dealership experiences of my life. Wasted my time and tried to rip me off. Was in fixing my key fob and saw the new Honda Civic Type One of the worst dealership experiences of my life. Wasted my time and tried to rip me off. Was in fixing my key fob and saw the new Honda Civic Type R in the showroom. Asked the salesman how long to get one? He said I can get you one Monday if you buy today. So I said OK. He then told he he wasn’t sure but he would let me know by Monday. I drive away and about 10 mins later he called me and said to come back he could get me the car. I then come back he puts the deal in front of me to buy the car. I was completely willing to pay full price. I own 2 Honda’s already so I would be entitled to get the 1% loyalty discount. Not a big deal if I didn’t get that but he said that was fine. Then the scam starts. I noticed on the piece of paper he wanted to add extended warranty and rust proofing for a total of almost $3000 more. I told him those things are unecessary on new cars. He was pushing me to take them. I’ve bought Honda’s and never had a problem so I declined. He then said if you don’t take them you can’t have the car. That is complete garbage and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal. This is my 1st online review of bad customer service and I will also be contacting Honda directly about this matter. Sales persons name was Balinder or he goes by Bali. Just so everyone knows. I’m guessing him and his sales manager pull this stuff to try and make more money on people desperate to get a very rare car. If that dealership thinks I’m going away from this I definitely won’t be. I have a huge social media presence and everyone is gonna know. More

I recently had my lock actuator replaced , as well as oil change, transmission fluid, brake fluid and power steering fluid . A lot of work to say the least...... I love my Honda , and it’s worth every dime ! Karley was absolutely amazing! So friendly, awesome customer service, she looked after everything for me ! She even remembered me from when I had my air bags replaced over a year ago ! I work in the service industry as well, and I know how important great customer service is, I pride myself in giving that at all times. I recognize great service immediately.... and she is the best ! She needs to be recognized for who she is and what she brings to the team !! I could go on and on about her, but I’m sure you are aware of how valuable she is ...... A very poor experience at CR-V Test Drive Appointment I had booked a new CR-V's Test drive with Classic Honda by calling them in advance. To my utter surprise at the time of taking the Test drive, the Sal I had booked a new CR-V's Test drive with Classic Honda by calling them in advance. To my utter surprise at the time of taking the Test drive, the Sales person informed me that I can not test drive on the Highway. Instead it was suggested to me to check the CR-V's acceleration by driving fast on the internal roads.As per the Sales person, it is Classic Honda's policy not to allow test drive on a highway. He even called the Manager to get the permission or at least pretended calling the Manager and then said Manager has not permitted. I will never go back to this Dealership again. More

He convinced me to get into lease rather than a installment plan but the upfront payment was very high due to which lease was very expensive. I will advise everyone to stay away from this Sales Rep as he is a con artist. He will initially lure you with a very good deal and when after a few visits at the time you are ready to buy he will cleverly change the deal and most people will get in at higher cost since you are ready to buy. That way, although you started at a lower price your price get jacked up at the last moment and in the heat of moment you endup buying expensive. He also used a pressure tactics to make the decision right now. At the same time he was very agressive and rude. More

I recently bought a Honda from them and boy oh boy did Performance Auto Group should really take a good look at the used car section of Classic Honda. I recently bought a Honda from them and boy oh boy did I get taken for a ride. I dealt with Sunil Pillai who is a horrible salesperson. He constantly lies to just get you to be interested in the car. He promised a whole bunch of add ons before the sale such as a free oil change, winter mats and wipers. He also said that he would fix a few of the issues with the vehicle such as the brakes which he did not. He did not deliver. Instead he pointed to the contract after the sale and said none of this is written in the contract as such he would not be able to help. He also did not have much product knowledge as you could tell he was making things up as we went along. I complained to the used car sales manager Ben Abbassi who did not even bother to help me with this situation. I was so shocked at the absolute garbage level of customer service at this dealership. I have no plans on returning ever again. Please take heed, please mark my words, you will get horrible service here. Never buy from this dealership. More
