Hello, Hello, I have been your customer for 7 years (since I bought my Civic Si 2005 from your dealership). However, based on the recent bad experience here is what I am expecting from your Honda team: 1) I need explanations from service manager, why he tried to fool me with such a unprofessional answers 2) A third party (another Honda dealer) verify the work has been done by your shop on my car. 3) Full refund, including what I paid to you (Civic Motors), local shop and third party. Hello, I called 'Civic Motors' tried to contact you. however, I talked to another lady, I requested the transcript or audio file of my two conversation with service advisor( I guess) and service manager. Her answer was, we don’t record the phone conversation, while recording message says you (civic motor does), just another discrepancy. I was trying to get those audio files (of my conversation with civic motors people) to make sure, I am not passing wrong information to public and Honda Japan.
