SCAM ARTISTS! I had an appointment for service last Thursday. I am simply trying to resolve an issue which should have been resolved and fixed then but I am not bei I had an appointment for service last Thursday. I am simply trying to resolve an issue which should have been resolved and fixed then but I am not being purposely ignored by the general manager Khalil, the service manager mike Malloy and the dealer principal Bill Lockyer after 5 attempts via phone and email. I took my 2016 Honda Accord sport with only 17,000kms (roughly 10,000 Miles) into Civic Motors Honda's dealership in Ottawa, Canada today as I knew my rotors were warped. so I knew this should be covered under warranty. I left the car there at 9:45am and got a phone call shortly after. I was told that all four rotors and pads were warped and all four pads were done due to the low mileage on my car. I was told that the calipers were seized as well like the rotors is unheard of as well. The dealer replace the rear rotors and machined the front rotors (getting brake dust all over my car that could not be washed off) and put new pads all around and claimed that this will happen again because of the calipers being seized unless I pay $255 to service then,but they would not cover them under warranty. In fact they would not do anything about the seized calipers that they claim they needed to use a hammer to put the new pads back in. They failed to listen to me when I stated that the calipers were defective and should have been replaced or serviced at no cost under warranty as well as this should not happen to a car with only 17,000kms. I called Honda Canada who called the dealership and put me on hold for over a half and hour discussing this to come back and tell me that "honda canada can not tell the dealers what to do" and that "the dealer has made it's decision". I asked to speak with a manager via honda canada and they said one will call me in 3-8 business days. To make matters even worse, Civic Motors Honda "forgot" to call me to tell me when my car would be ready. It was supposed to be ready at 1pm but I called at 2:00pm and they said "sorry you must have fallen through the cracks" After 4 repeated attempts of asking the service manager to speak with the owner or general manager he finally gave me his phone number. I have left a message and am awaiting his call. it has been almost a week. More

Pushy and possible damage to car after visit I took my vehicle for a simple "A" service. That involves an oil change. This was my first time ever visiting Civic Motors Honda. I previously went to Dow but their new location is not convenient. On the phone I said I needed "A" service when booking my appointment. Jason asked me if I was also going to get the brakes serviced. I told him I only wanted the "A" service done. When I got to the dealer Jason was there in person. Once again he said I should have the brakes serviced. I told him I just had that done at Dow Honda a couple of months earlier and my car only had 29,000 km on it. He says he sees no record that I ever had it done on his computer. Again, I told him I had it done at Dow Honda and paid around $250 for it. He says, "We will put a record on your account stating you declined the brake service. If something goes wrong it will not be covered under warranty. Ok brakes are never a warranty item. What does this mean? He did put this on my record and it was on my invoice when I picked the car up. A week later my brakes started squealing like crazy. My first thought is that they did something to harm my brakes deliberately. Over tightened them or something, but I cannot prove it. I'm on my 3rd Honda Accord. I've been driving them since 1998 and never once had any issue with the brakes. I go to this dealer and all Jason talked about were the brakes without even seeing my car and got snotty towards me when I said I didn't want them checked. Then they start malfunctioning a week later. It seems mighty suspicious. Could be a coincidence but I'm inclined to think otherwise. There had to be some reason why he was so forceful with the brake inspection recommendation. It seems far fetched to be a coincidence. I will never darken the door of Civic Honda Motors again. I will be checking around to see if this sort of thing has happened to others. There might be a pattern here. More

Having done considerable homework and following consultation with various dealerships in Ontario, Orleans Honda came out way in front. I have rarely come across more friendly, professional and ethical people. They were very up front with all details and did what was required to make the deal. It was really effortless and I can only say that this would appear to be characteristic performance as we bought a new Civic for export (diplomatic assignment) abroad last year and pretty much enjoyed the same experience. Without question, Orleans Honda has earned my loyalty and I will definitely be returning in the not too distant future. More
Effortless Experience! I've had my 2016 Honda Civic EX for 4 months now and noticed that there was something wrong with my electronic parking brake. I called the service centre that day to see if I could get my civic looked at. The reception staff was very friendly and professional, and they scheduled me an appointment for the following day. My father brought the car in and they took it no problem. He had to get to work after dropping it off and the Civic Motors Staff even offered to shuttle him to his work place. Once the service staff finished finding the trouble, they called me on my cellphone, identified that they had fixed the issue that it was ready for pickup. (this all took about 3 hours, very reasonable). My father picked up the vehicle and noticed they had cleaned it as well, so it looked spotless. This kind of service is what makes you want to buy a vehicle from this dealership again. It was so painless, no stress whatsoever and very friendly staff. Very impressed with the way they handled everything and would highly recommend this service centre/dealership to any one of my friends and family. More

I would never go back here again. We got a better deal and amazing customer service at Ottawa Honda. Go there. More

I ask him m'y kees à left the place and the managers Nevers trie to settle this. Outside I call robin from ottawa honda we meet him and élie antoun and the same day I bought the HR-V ex ti 2016 and m'y co workers civic ex 2016.at ottawa honda Hope this might help for further customers experiences. First time buying a car was amazing! I am 22 years old and this was my first time buying a new car. I didn't know what to expect.. but I was warned of a few things going into it. I had consulted this website and looked up HONDA dealers in my area and this location had the best rating by far. When I arrived to the dealership, I was immediately helped by Josh. It wasn't aggressive either, he simply asked if I was being helped and then offered to answer any questions about any of the cars I was interested in. I had pretty well already decided on the Honda Civic and wanted to purchase that day. Josh was great.. he helped me get exactly what I want, as far as price was concerned and they had no problem throwing in a bunch of incentives on top of it. I'm not much of a haggler/negotiator, but I didn't really need to do that with Josh because he was so easy to give me what I want.. and I wanted a lot. I dealt with Michel for Financing and he was excellent as well. Very honest and forth coming about all the extra features that they try to sell you. Very personable guy. After purchasing my vehicle (2016 Honda Civic EX), they had the car ready early in the morning and walked me through the features of the car when I arrived to pick it up. Although it is my ONLY experience, it was a VERY pleasant one and I can say I will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks guys! More
