We were set on the Sienna before going out to test drive a few vans out in the market and decided to drop by Charlesglen to look at the Sienna. Unfortunately, because of the timing of our child, we decided to go with a different vehicle since the 2018 Sienna wasn't available until a few months after our son will be born. But here's the thing, all of the safety features that sold us on the other vehicle would have been in the 2018. I felt guilty not going with the Sienna because the service we got was incredible! However, Tyler was really great to us and really listened to our needs and understood what we were looking for. He took the time to sit down with us and go through the features of the vehicle, explain how the service future of the vehicle will be for the lifetime of the vehicle, and gave me a great overall picture of what it would be like as a Charlesglen Toyota customer. There is no doubt that I'd be returning to this dealership and with Tyler when my vehicle needs change in the future Thank you Tyler!! More
