I used to be happy with this place - when things are good they're good. BUT if they screw up and you expect them to do right, you'll get treated to gas lighting and mansplaining. The Kia tire techs wrecked three brand new winter tires during mounting yet insisted I had somehow been sold 3 defective tires. Other shops confirmed Kia damaged my tires while and Steve Mota simply dismissed the evidence presented and refused to make reparations. More

Right job the first time Had to replace a broken suspension coil on a 2011 Kia Soul at 100,000kms and while there replaced most of the suspension to save on labor.
