Our experience at Car-On was totally different. They had the car we wanted, even a little nicer than we expected to get, and at a fair price. The sales person and everyone else that we met were very friendly, the manager offered us a reasonable deal on our trade, and the car was delivered, as promised, in very good condition. More

FIRST VISIT I have never been to this dealership before, however, I had heard of them through a friend. I decided to make an appt to have an oil change done. I was impressed by the showroom and the overall dealership itself. Alex at the service counter was extremely polite and friendly and I immediately liked the place. Delivered on time and to my satisfaction I was looking for a second car and happened to stop at Car-on Auto as it was in my neighbourhood. The staff was friendly and attentive and before I k I was looking for a second car and happened to stop at Car-on Auto as it was in my neighbourhood. The staff was friendly and attentive and before I knew it, I was looking at a couple of cars that met my requirements. Although they were not flexible on the price of the car, they demonstrated a willingness to fit my budget in other ways. After taking a test drive, I noticed a few things that were not working and asked about getting them fixed. They immediately made a list and repaired all the items in time to meet the delivery date they promised. No detail was too small. One of the remote door-lock fobs was held together by tape. My salesman immediately offered to fix it and returned in 10 minutes with a brand new one. I picked up my car on the date promised. Imagine my surprise when the vehicle wouldn't start the next morning. No problem. They fixed the car within 2 hours and delivered it to my home. A very satisfied customer. More
