Good dealership Overall thr experience was good. Mario - he did a great job! There was no pressure and he did a lot to make sure I got what I wanted in a vehicle an Overall thr experience was good. His patience and understanding was amazing. Richard - did a good job in the finance area. At times though it felt a bit rushed but otherwise good! Only negative thing I would say overall would be there was scratches in the back on the vehicle interior and a dent on the exterior of the vehicle that I wish would have been addressed to me. Now I have to go and fix the exterior dent after hearing news of possible rust after paying above average price for the vehicle I purchased. I would have liked those things to have been said. More

First time buyer Last November I began to keep an eye out for a new vehicle that I would be interested in. I had seen many of Car-Ons ads online and in late March decided to give them a visit after applying online for financing. I met Pat and he explained the process to me and we started by taking a look at several options. My situation wasnt easy to deal with as I had quite a specific budget and list of necessities for my next vehicle as well as not much established credit. Pat worked on my case for several weeks and in the end I went with one of the vehicles he had first suggested and I couldn't be happier ! Richard was great for dealing with my financing and responding to my emails promptly and on pickup day having everything ready as well as ensuring I had all my paperwork organized as well. Being a first time buyer I got a little anxious and explained that to Pat and Ken, so they brought me in and went over every detail with me. I had went in that day pretty nervous and left completely reassured with this step towards building my credit to by a house in the next few years as well as getting a great deal on the perfect vehicle for me at this stage in my life. I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot, and when I picked it up they had went over everything. It looked showroom ready. The service crew did an awesome job making it look basically brand new, and I was very impressed with the checklist they follow before a car leaves the lot. These guys were awesome to deal with. I had a blast going and checking out different options and they worked with me along the way answering any of my questions/concerns. I will definitely be back as they have earned my trust and overall it was just alot of fun ! More
