Best choice of my life I got recommended to this dealership by a friend who got her first car there and well they defiantly did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in the door I had a good feeling and all the people were so friendly! I really had no clue about cars or what kind of car would be right for me and that’s when I met Pat who made me feel so calm and confident that I would find one in my price range and he answered any question I had! Once I found my car, he passed me on to Richard and assured me I was in good hands and he would help and explain the rest of the process and he was right about that! Richard explained the process and exactly what I needed. This was hands down the best choice I could have made and I have never been happier! More

Trusting and Caring I bought a 2012 CC Volkswagen in January, and have received the best service. Buying the car was easy. They answered all of my questions, and were abl I bought a 2012 CC Volkswagen in January, and have received the best service. Buying the car was easy. They answered all of my questions, and were able to give me affordable financing that included an extended warranty. Car-On Auto is more than car sales representatives, they really do care about the customer. Earlier in July I brought my CC to a VW dealership to have a simple oil change and take care of an airbag recall. Well they gave me a long list of things that they claimed needed to be changed on my car immediately... thousands of dollars in cost. I told the dealership not to do any of it and that Car-On Auto would take care of me. I was right. Car-On Auto service department went through the list of repairs suggested by the dealership, and were able to tell me what needs to be done now, what can wait, and how much it will be down the road. They even gave my mom who brought in the car for me while I was at work, a ride home, and picked her up when the car was ready. OUTSTANDING service! My CC is actually the third car my family has bought from Car-On Auto. We have helped a friend co-sign for two of her own cars at Car-On Auto in the past 10 years, and we have many other friends who have bought vehicles from Car-On Auto, with only good things to say about them. I have 10 years of sales experience, and I can tell an honest sales person when I meet one. Car-On Auto is FULL of ONLY honest sale representatives. 2015 Chevrolet Traverse Found the car our family was looking for and needed on the Car-On Auto website . I was not able to get to the dealership the same day and was schedule Found the car our family was looking for and needed on the Car-On Auto website . I was not able to get to the dealership the same day and was scheduled to be out of town until the fallowing Tuesday. The guys at the dealership held the car for us with no problems. So that Tuesday with the options and mileage I was comfortable with. I test drove the car and liked very much. During the whole purchase and trade in process, the whole team I was dealing with were nothing but friendly and professional. Within 3 days I had the keys in my and just in time for our summer road trip. More
