Mario is an absolutely I chose Car-On for their extremely competitive pricing, full service solution provider and super friendly staff to deal with. Mario is an absolutely amazing individual who is down to earth, transparent and has a terrific personality. He completely respected the fact I saw this car online and didn't need to be "sold" on anything since I already came in knowing they kind of car I wanted to buy. He was ready to help, got the car ready for a test drive (in a blizzard at that!) without hesitation. He took the time to answer any questions I had in a clear, factual and concise manner. I've dealt with pushy sales people at other dealerships in the past, and I was extremely happy when I saw how well he interacted with me and pushed the customer service envelope to a whole new level. The car was IMMACULATE. For an 8 year old car, it was detailed inside out as if to roll onto the showroom floor. You can tell a lot about how well a dealership takes care of their clients by how well they take care of their cars. I sincerely hope that anyone in the market for a first (or as in my case second car) checks this dealership out before they go anywhere else. Amazing experience! I was in the market for a new vehicle as my old vehicle was wasn’t convient for my family anymore. I went to car on auto and met a lovely salesman’s n I was in the market for a new vehicle as my old vehicle was wasn’t convient for my family anymore. I went to car on auto and met a lovely salesman’s named Mario. He helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me and my family. As I’m a picky person I went through a lot of different choices and Mario was very nice and patient with me. Never once pressured me to stick to one brand or to buy. He was amazing and had amazing knowledge and patience. As a bonus he was fully bilingual which helped me as I tend to go back and forth between English and French. Once I found the vehicle that I wanted, I got to work with Dan the finance guy and he too was amazing. He walked me through all the processes and made sure I understood and was happy with everything. All in all this was my best experience in buying a car ever. I would recommend car on auto to anyone and everyone. If you want a great no rush no pressure experience.
