We are not impressed. The wheels are sticky/dirty, not cleaned after the work was done. We change over the tires summer to winter in the fall and winter to summer in the spring. For at 2018 Jeep Cherokee and only 55,000 kgs on it, it blows our mind to go in for a 99.00 special to change over tires and come out with a over 500.00 bill every time. This time it was lug nuts which we did get second opinions on how 20 lug nuts are swollen and need to be replaced. We checked with another Chrysler dealership and they were surprised. They did mentioned maybe a few but all 20 and at 18.23 a piece, total of 364.60, wow is all we can say. As seniors we feel we have been taken advantage of once again and can honestly say we will not be back to Capital Jeep for any service nor buy a vehicle from your dealership. More
