Regarding the loaner vehicles, we have a limited fleet and, unfortunately, we simply do not have enough service loaners to provide one to every customer, though we do our best to prioritize based on the job. We also want to mention that for many major repairs covered under factory warranties, rental insurance is often provided by the manufacturer to help cover those costs - our team can always help you check if your specific coverage applies. We are currently working hard to build our team back up to full capacity to improve our turnaround times and pricing transparency.
