When it came to trading in my 2013 chev silverado, i was blown away by the offer and perfecly happy to make a deal. It was a headache on the finance side, but everyone i went through in finance did their best to get me into my 2016 ram sport. I truly appreciated that Linden would call me at the end of each day to let me know where finance was sitting with the bank to get the deal done. Kyle was just the right amount of confident and humble to negotiate with my husband. A mix that's hard to come by these days. So we sealed the deal and I'm overjoyed. Kyle answers his emails right away, tracks down extra keys from previous owners and solves any problems you may have with the sale and afterwards with any repairs. I showed up and unfortunately the truck had been sent to auction but he had another one lined up that suited my needs and wants. Awesome service, start to finish After having a really bad experience at another local dealer a couple years ago, I was pretty jaded when it came to looking at another new truck. But After having a really bad experience at another local dealer a couple years ago, I was pretty jaded when it came to looking at another new truck. But after spending the better part of a day working out a deal with Linden, I ended up with a sweet new 2016 Ram Sport. This guy is awesome to deal with. I gotta admit, I was probably getting to be a pain in the butt at times but he kept his cool and worked out a deal for me that I couldn't pass up. No pressure, no sketchy sales tactics, very up front and honest from start to finish. Also, some items from my old truck got forgotten during the switch and in no time at all, everything was in the mail and on it's way to my house in Fort McMurray. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, look this guy up. Very happy customer! Alex in the Finance department was excellent as well. Again, no pressure at all. Very patient while she explained all areas of the contract to me and explaining my options. In the past, I've sat in the finance office for hours on end, but this lady knows her stuff.
