New Car Hunting I had a great experience with James Lundgen as I was out looking at replacing my current vehicle. I haven't needed to shop for a new car in severa I had a great experience with James Lundgen as I was out looking at replacing my current vehicle. I haven't needed to shop for a new car in several years so I found it very stressful. James made it easy to understand features that I was unfamiliar with and basically turned our entire interaction into a relaxed chat about what my needs were vs just trying to sell me the most expensive SUV or Crossover. Stay as far away as possible I purchased a certified used truck here (certified that's funny) ,with 24000 kms on it, 1 month after purchase i brought vehicle in to have protection I purchased a certified used truck here (certified that's funny) ,with 24000 kms on it, 1 month after purchase i brought vehicle in to have protection package put on, i had put on less than 500km,2000 bill in repairs such as transmission fluid, glazed brakes,air cleaner filthy,among other problems, was charged for insurance on tires that they told me needed replacing at this time, was also charged for the extended warranty (which was transferabble for free), which was never actually transferred to my name, this was done at another dealer, they did 12 credit checks on me ( to get me a better interest rate but greatly adversing my credit), the only solution they had was an attempt to sell me an even more expensive vehicle. I had asked to be removed from calling list and have been continually harassed by salesman via telephone and mail. I Got a call tonight in fact, I am proceeding with fraud charges. I would stay as far away from this place as possible!!! They even turned me off dodge! buying a gm this weekend! oh I also have the service manager on tape telling me his service advisor had been charging people for work not required and that i was in fact overcharged and would get a refund which never came. More

Exceptional Service Kyle was patient when dealing with me. I went into the dealership later in the evening knowing I wanted a specific jeep. He had sent me a video of the Kyle was patient when dealing with me. I went into the dealership later in the evening knowing I wanted a specific jeep. He had sent me a video of the jeep prior to my arrival. Answered all of my questions immediately and didn't try to sell me any additions I wouldn't need for my lifestyle. I left the dealership later confident in my decision to purchase the Jeep Sahara, thanks to Kyle. He ensured it was ready as promised 2 days later with the starter, a full tank of fuel and looking spectacular. After I had the keys, he sat in the vehicle and thoroughly went over everything again. Definitely would purchase another vehicle from Kyle and recommend him to friends and family. More
