True to Their Word I pulled in with a loud noise coming from my 2008 Q7 (which I did not buy from them). The tech verified the diagnosis, a detailed quote was provided, parts ordered and service booked. The vehicle wasn't ready when I came to pick it up - but no problem. They set me up with a SWEET 2018 A4 for the weekend, and all was good. I picked up the Q7 Monday, the cost was as quoted and it runs smoothly. More

He is a good listener and took time to answer our questions and to address our concerns, no pushy at all. He kept his promise, the car looks even newer when we picked it up than test drive. We can't even recognize it. When we picked the car up, he explained the process to us and introduced us to everyone involved. With his prep work, we don't need to repeat anything.
