Patience of the salesperson We have a challenging garage and parking spot situation in our complex which makes purchasing a car an interesting exercise!. Everywhere we went we had to point out that we could not look at cars over 74 inches wide. After visits to many different car maker showrooms , we narrowed in on the Audi Q 5. Our salesperson was very patient as we had several visits with the car to ensure that the car would fit and not cause traffic back ups as I manoueverd in and out of my parking spot. In addition I was very concerned that I be high enough up in car to mitigate some the of oncoming bright lights. I was given a cart to test drive at night which sealed the decision. The only concern that I had was that upon delivery I found that the car was not as clean as it should have been. ( see the score below for quality of work).They immediately offered to have it recleaned at my convenience. More

Emergency service On Friday morning of a long weekend, upon starting my Audi, there was hesitation and delay in the start. As this was prior to service hours and I had On Friday morning of a long weekend, upon starting my Audi, there was hesitation and delay in the start. As this was prior to service hours and I had a few trips to take, I noticed the same issue. I called Capilano Audi and was offered the option to come in the same afternoon. I had one more work shift, was given a ride to work and my car was dropped off later for me. The service was above and beyond and saved me a tremendous amount of trouble on a long weekend when having been careless would have been a big hassle. I was very pleased with the team and grateful for the service. More
